What will we go over in the initial introductory session?
After our quick introductions, we will look to gain the overall perspective of your life, before identifying the area your wish to improve. We will highlight the possible obstacles as to why you are not where you wish to be.
Wouldn’t it be better to see you in person than over the phone?
Whether it is on the phone, video online or in person, there isn’t any difference in the quality of the sessions I provide. The options are entirely there for your convenience.
What can you actually help me with?
If you have ever struggled with something such as: improving your confidence, overcoming a fear, getting out of your comfort zone or even maintaining healthy habits that I can help you. By using questions and exercises, I will use various techniques to help you in all aspects of life or wherever you specifically need. By first establishing how you see the world, we can compose an effective plan to achieve your goals.
How many sessions will I need?
This mainly comes down to you, you can have as many or as few as you would like. There is no set plan that fits for everyone. Some people see me often while others see me once every few months, we can easily work around your schedule to suit what is best for you.
